Greg Herbers entered the men’s room at the popular night-spot Dish in the Memphis-area.  Seeing all the urinals and stalls occupied, he then realized that one stall was taken by two men who were not using the facilities.  Herbers asked the gentlemen to vacate the stall.  Mark Lambert was at a urinal talking to the men in the stall and took issue with Herbers’ request.  An altercation ensured and Herbers bit off a portion of Lambert’s nose.  Lambert is suing Herbers for $5 million for reconstructive surgery.
