From Rags to (an embarrassment of) Riches
December 6, 2009
Brothers Geza and Zslot Peladi, are homeless and have been living in a cave in Budapest, Hungary. The men, in their 40’s, lost touch with their deceased parents years ago and exist only by selling scrap items they find. So imagine their surprise when workers for a homelessness organization sought them out to tell them they are rich! Their grandmother, who lives in Germany, passed away and by law, the estate must pass to the next heirs. They and their sister (who lives in America) will share in a fortune valued at £4 billion ($6.6 Billion U.S. Dollars)! When asked what they plan to do with the money, Geza relayed that he would like to find a nice woman and create a home together.
Two cave dwellers are now billionaires… with a B
How this will change their lives we will have to see
One wants a simple life
With a home and a wife
But they have certainly gone from homeless to bourgeoisie
