“Field” Sobriety Test

In the city of Export, Pennsylvania, police arrested a DUI suspect. It might have been just another unremarkable night for the State Trooper credited with the arrest – except – the criminal was on a tractor. Ford Earl Broome, 63, admitted to the officer that he “drank a little” before getting on his tractor and making a beer run.
