Harry Potter and the Stolen Electronic Items

July 19, 2009

On Wednesday, July 15, 2009, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince premiered and brought in a staggering $104 million on its opening day.  The sixth installment has been well-received by fans and critics alike.  Both the movies and the books by J.K. Rowling follow the journey of Harry Potter as he is educated about the world of wizardry including the Evanesco, or vanishing spell, as well as battling the evil Lord Voldemort.  Unfortunately for Potter fans in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, more than $5,000 worth of electronic items were taken from their cars parked at the Cape Cod Mall as they watched the latest release.  The alleged thieves were captured on the spot and several Potter fans reclaimed their stolen items that evening.  click here for limerick
