When You Gotta Go, You Gotta Go!

Boaters on Lake Keowee , South Carolina, will have a shorter distance to go when they have to “go”.  Duke Energy and Pickens County, where the lake is located, are teaming up to create a “floating bathroom“.  This comes after complaints of toilet paper, diapers, and other personal debris in the lake and along the shoreline.  The project is estimated to cost $135,000 and when complete, will contain a men’s and women’s room with diaper changing area and sinks in each.

When on the water, the restrooms are a long trek
A project could get votes
For a restroom that floats
Could this be what sailors mean by a “poop deck”?
