Champion Chihuahua

In Philomath, Oregon, Rosie, a border terrier was pinned by a cougar that wandered into their town.  Fearing for his pal, Chiquita the Chihuahua chased off the cougar by barking ferociously.  The dogs’ owner, Loren Wingert, says they were “tough but lucky”. 


We know Chihuahuas can easily excite
Their little bodies pack quite a bit of might
He was ready for the bout
And won without a doubt
This small guy’s bark is worse than the cougar’s bite
