On Saturday, WWF, the conservation organization, sponsored Earth Hour. It asked people around the globe to turn off their lights for one hour, 8:30 pm local time, to show their support in saving planet Earth. The goal is for 1 billion people to participate, and the results of Earth Hour will be presented to world leaders at the Global Climate Change Conference later this year. click here for limerick
