White House Smackdown: Pepsi vs. Coke

Throughout the decades PepsiCo has unveiled marketing campaigns aimed at a younger and hip generation. These include “Pepsi, the choice of a new generation” and the recent use of slogans and evoking President Obama’s successful campaign. In response to this, Michael Scherer, Washington correspondent for Time Magazine, conducted an informal survey to determine if Pepsi or its rival, Coca-Cola was the drink of choice in the White House.
