Chop This Out of the Budget

Senator John McCain asked President Obama about the White House order for 28 new Marine One helicopters at an estimated cost to taxpayers of approximately $11.2 billion.  While this order was placed by President Bush shortly after 9/11, it is currently on hold and Obama has yet to reduce or cancel the order completely.

Presidential choppers are manned by the Marine Corps
New ones cost one hundred million dollars, times four
Do they need to be replaced?
Or is this budgetary waste?
And what other billion dollar expenses are in store?
